At ZLINE Dealers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home appliances and fixtures. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is unused and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for large appliances.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
